Utility Room Floor Tiling Works – Restored, Reinforced & Ready for Everyday Use

Even small spaces like utility rooms deserve a strong, reliable flooring finish. For this project, our team carried out a complete floor restoration to fix popped-up tiles and deliver a durable new surface that’s clean, level, and long-lasting.

We began by hacking and safely disposing of the existing damaged floor tiles and skirting under HDB permit approval. Once cleared, proper screeding was applied at a thickness of 30–50mm to create a stable and even foundation for new tile installation.

New floor tiles (50 sqft) and skirting (10 sqft) were carefully supplied and installed with accurate alignment, clean edges, and professional finishing. To complete the work, we applied anti-fungal cement grout across all joints - ensuring added protection against moisture, mould, and future tile movement.

Every step of this process was handled by our skilled tiling team using high-quality materials and proper tools, ensuring a smooth finish and lasting results.
