Toilet and Kitchen area Renovation works

Our client approached us to carry out a full renovation of their toilet and kitchen areas, which required both functional upgrades and aesthetic improvements. After a thorough site inspection, our project team identified areas that needed immediate attention - including worn-out tile surfaces, damaged sanitary fittings, and aging cabinetry. Once the renovation scope and timeline were finalized, we commenced the work with proper planning and safety measures in place.

Scope of Work

1. Removal and Preparation
We began by removing and disposing of all existing sanitary ware and basins in the common and master toilets. The dismantling process was carried out carefully to avoid damage to the surrounding areas, and all debris was properly disposed of in accordance with site regulations.

2. Master Toilet – Wall and Floor Tile Overlay
In the master toilet, we installed a new layer of wall and floor tiles, covering a total of 210 sqft on walls and 40 sqft on the floor. The process involved surface cleaning, applying bonding agents, and laying the new tiles using high-quality adhesive to ensure durability. The tiles were precisely leveled and grouted for a clean, seamless finish.

3. Common Toilet – Wall and Floor Tile Overlay
Similar work was completed in the common toilet, with wall and floor tiling totaling 240 sqft and 40 sqft respectively. The new tiles were selected for their water resistance, easy maintenance, and modern look, enhancing the overall functionality and appearance of the space.

4. Box-Up Partition Replacement
Both toilets featured existing box-up structures that required replacement. We fabricated and installed new box-up partitions measuring 460mm in height, 2160mm in length, and 300mm in depth. These were designed to conceal piping neatly while maintaining accessibility for future maintenance.

5. Kitchen Cabinet, Sink & Tiling Works
In the kitchen, we undertook detailed work that included tiling on the cabinet top, sink replacement, and the removal of existing aluminum cabinet doors. New cabinet doors were installed, tailored to match the client’s design preferences. All cabinet and tiling works were carried out with precision to ensure long-term durability and an elegant finish.

Project Completion

Upon completion, every area was thoroughly cleaned and inspected to meet our quality standards. The renovated toilets and kitchen now feature modern finishes, enhanced functionality, and a refreshed aesthetic that aligns with the client’s expectations.
