At Tech Pay Solutions, we recently completed a full epoxy regrouting project covering multiple interior areas - including two common bathrooms, a kitchen, and a service yard. The goal was to replace old, worn-out cement grout with durable epoxy grout for a cleaner, longer-lasting finish.
1๏ธโฃ Removed Existing Cement Grout
Old cement grout was carefully removed from all tile joints to eliminate cracks, stains, and weak bonding.
2๏ธโฃ Thorough Surface Cleaning
Tile joints and edges were fully cleaned to ensure strong adhesion of the new epoxy material.
3๏ธโฃ Applied Premium Epoxy Grout
High-quality epoxy grout was applied to all wall and floor joints in:
Common Bathroom 1 (floor & wall)
Common Bathroom 2 (floor & wall)
Kitchen (floor & wall)
Service Yard (floor area)
4๏ธโฃ Finishing & Polishing
After curing, joints were polished and inspected to ensure a smooth, consistent appearance and a waterproof seal.
The result is a clean, glossy finish that enhances hygiene, improves appearance, and provides long-term resistance against moisture, stains, and mould.
With professional application and precise workmanship, this project restored both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of tiled surfaces โ ensuring durability and easy maintenance for years ahead.
