Epoxy grouting works

Description:

Supply all necessary manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to carry out professional epoxy grouting works at the Kitchen, Service Yard, Common Toilet Floor, and Master Toilet Floor. The existing grout lines will be thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt, stains, loose particles, and contaminants, ensuring proper adhesion of the new grout.

Upon completion of the surface preparation, premium SIKA Ceram 850/855 Epoxy Grout will be applied to all tile joints to provide a durable, waterproof, stain-resistant, and mould-resistant finish. The epoxy grout enhances the appearance of tiled surfaces while protecting the joints from moisture penetration, discoloration, bacteria, and everyday wear and tear.

All works will be carried out by experienced personnel using industry-approved methods to achieve a neat, smooth, and long-lasting finish. The completed epoxy grouting will improve the overall durability, hygiene, and aesthetic appearance of the tiled areas.
