Our client at Hills Valley Road engaged us to perform comprehensive tiling and grouting improvements across various parts of the property. The goal was to replace damaged tiles, enhance waterproofing, and achieve a refreshed, durable finish that blends well with the existing interior and exterior spaces.
We replaced 15 sqft of floor tiles (300 × 300 mm) in the back kitchen area. The new tiles were installed with precision, maintaining even alignment and smooth grouting to achieve a seamless, clean surface suitable for daily use.
At the outdoor section, 35 sqft of floor tiles (300 × 300 mm) were hacked and replaced. To ensure long-lasting results, we applied a proper waterproofing layer at the hacked locations before retiling. This preventive measure helps protect the surface from water damage and improves durability under outdoor conditions.
In the living hall, 32 sqft of tiles (600 × 600 mm) were replaced to restore uniformity and smoothness. The new tiles were installed carefully to match the surrounding layout, giving the area a refreshed and elegant appearance.
Three damaged floor tiles (300 × 300 mm) at the car porch were replaced and grouted to achieve a consistent finish with the rest of the surface.
The entire project was completed efficiently with close attention to detail, delivering a neat, long-lasting, and visually appealing result across all tiled areas.
