Tech Pay Solutions will carry out the cleaning of the existing tile grout joints by removing dirt, stains, mould, soap scum, and loose grout to ensure a clean and sound surface for the new application. Once the grout lines have been properly prepared, we will proceed with the application of premium epoxy grouting to the floor and wall tiles of two toilets, as well as the 37 sqft service yard floor area.

The epoxy grout will be evenly applied to all tile joints, providing a waterproof, stain-resistant, mould-resistant, and highly durable finish. After installation, excess epoxy grout will be cleaned from the tile surfaces, leaving neat, smooth, and aesthetically pleasing grout lines. The completed work will improve the appearance of the tiled areas while enhancing long-term durability and making future cleaning and maintenance easier.

Our client engaged Tech Pay Solutions to upgrade the sanitary fittings in both the Common Toilet and Master Toilet, including the replacement of the water closets (WC), wash basins, ceiling painting, and the installation of a new instant water heater with complete plumbing and electrical works.

The project commenced with the careful removal and disposal of the existing water closets (WC) and wash basins in both toilets. The work area was cleaned and prepared before the installation of the new sanitary fixtures. We then supplied and installed new water closets (capped at S$200 each) and wash basins complete with basin taps (capped at S$200 each), ensuring proper alignment, secure installation, leak-free plumbing connections, and smooth operation.

For the Common Toilet, the ceiling surface was prepared by cleaning and repairing minor imperfections before applying Nippon Mattix Paint. The ceiling was finished with a smooth, even coat to provide a clean appearance and long-lasting protection.

In the Master Toilet, the existing instant water heater was carefully removed and replaced with a new instant water heater (capped at S$250, including the shower set). Our team supplied and installed the new instant water heater, shower set, necessary plumbing pipelines, electrical wiring with protective casing, and a new control switch positioned outside the toilet for convenient and safe operation. All plumbing and electrical connections were tested to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance.

Throughout the project, Tech Pay Solutions followed professional installation practices and used quality materials to ensure durable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing results. Upon completion, all installations were thoroughly inspected and tested, delivering a modern and reliable bathroom upgrade that meets the client's expectations.

The client engaged TechPay Solutions to carry out renovation works for the bathroom floor and wall finishes, including the replacement of the existing water closet (WC), floor tile overlay, and wall tile refurbishment.

The project commenced with the careful removal and proper disposal of the existing WC to prepare the work area. A W1 Cement Strengthener was then applied to improve the bonding strength between the existing floor surface and the new tile overlay system. New floor tiles were installed using the appropriate materials and installation methods to achieve a durable, level, and aesthetically pleasing finish. Upon completion of the flooring works, a new water closet was supplied and installed, with the WC material value capped at S$250.

For the bathroom wall renovation, the existing shower screen and shower set were first dismantled and safely removed. The existing mosaic wall tiles were hacked off and disposed of, removing approximately 10–40mm of the wall surface where required. After the wall was cleaned and prepared, W1 Cement Strengthener was applied to enhance adhesion. Where necessary, the wall surface was restored with 10–15mm plastering to provide a smooth and even substrate for the new tiles.

The new wall tiles were installed using Weber E-MIX Tile Fix 303, ensuring strong adhesion and precise alignment. Once the tile installation was completed, AM50 Normal Tile Grout was applied to all tile joints to provide a neat appearance and long-lasting protection against moisture. Finally, the existing shower screen and shower set were carefully reinstalled, completing the bathroom renovation with a clean, modern, and fully functional finish.

The epoxy grouting works will be carried out to the floor tile joints of two toilet areas to improve durability, cleanliness, and water resistance. The existing grout lines will first be thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt, stains, loose particles, and contaminants, ensuring proper adhesion of the new grout. Upon completion of the cleaning process, our team will supply all necessary materials, tools, and skilled manpower to apply SIKA Ceram®-850/855 Epoxy Grout to the tile joints. The epoxy grout will be carefully installed, compacted, and finished to achieve smooth, uniform grout lines with a high-quality appearance. Once the application is completed, the tiled surface will be cleaned of excess grout, leaving a neat, durable, and easy-to-maintain finish that provides excellent resistance to water, stains, mould, and chemicals. This process enhances both the appearance and long-term performance of the toilet floor tiles.
